Blue Top For Interview

I would say this is a perfect top for interview. The ruffles detailing in front gives it an elegant and classy look. You don't need to wear a tank inside as it is not a sheer material. Full sleeves makings it even more flattering, and looks stunning with white denims.

Worth the money --> true to size chart

My measurements are:
Height: 5'9"
Shoulder width (from shirt seam to seam): 15"
Arm length (from shoulder seam): 25"
Bust: 36.2"
Weight: ~150lbs

I got a medium and it fits me like on the manikin

The shirt shoulders are a bit narrower than mine which pulls up the sleeves up that tiny bit making them almost long enough, but not an issue for me. If you had broader shoulders you may want to size up as the top is true to size. The buttons are a bit floppy but I planned to replace them with pearl buttons anyhow.
